General Policies
Advertising content will consist of banner ads placed throughout the M3Forum.com/.net website. Each ad will be displayed randomly on a frequency of at least 1 out of 15 page views.
Advertising content will be posted within 7 days of receipt of payment and banner.
M3Forum.com/.net reserves the right to change advertising rates. The new rates would impact new service only.
M3Forum.com/.net reserves the right to place the word "advertisement" on copy that, in the opinion of M3Forum.com/.net, resembles editorial content.
M3Forum.com/.net reserves the right to modify (at the Advertiser's expense) any advertisement, with the Advertiser's approval, in such cases where M3Forum.com/.net finds the copy, artwork or any other creative element to be (but not limited to) libelous, misleading, obscene, offensive or otherwise objectionable.
Acceptance of all advertising is subject to M3Forum.com/.net Administrator and/or Moderators approval, and agreement by the Advertiser to indemnify and protect M3Forum.com/.net from loss or expense on claims and suits based upon contents of advertisements. This includes, but is not limited to libel, plagiarism, copyright infringement and unauthorized use of a person's name or photograph.
The Advertiser indemnifies and holds harmless M3Forum.com/.net for any and all losses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees) resulting from M3Forum.com/.net exercising its right to not publish submissions from the Advertiser.
M3Forum.com/.net shall not be liable for any costs or damages if for any reason an advertisement is not published.
M3Forum.com/.net reserves all rights to cancel any sponsorship campaign at any time at the sole discretion of M3Forum.com/.net administrators and/or moderators. Any remaining balance of the sponsorship term will be prorated and refunded to the sponsor in the event of such cancellation(s).
By becoming a M3Forum.com/.net sponsor, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the aforementioned terms.
M3Forum.com/.net reserves the right to update and modify the sponsorship terms at any time for whatever reason at the sole discretion of the M3Forum.com/.net administrators and/or moderators.
